Waney Edge Shed
This lovely 6m x 3m Waney edge shed was recently built for a customer situated in Crediton. Significantly, this style of outbuilding is becoming increasingly popular for its beautiful, rustic effect. Overall we have enjoyed creating such projects as this and they have indeed become one of our treasured builds.
Specifications
45mm x 70mm studwork
Cladded with 25mm Waney Edge Douglas Fir siding.
The fitted windows, one of which is opening are glazed with 6mm laminated glass.
The interior flooring is pressure treated 25mm x 150mm floorboards
45mm x 150mm framework for the floor.
Onduline roofing sheets supported by 18mm OSB3 boards
Onduline roofing panel.
On this traditional building we added heavy duty galvanised fixings, including hidden hinges on the wide access double doors. Also to keep safety in mind in order to keep the stairway clear we chose to have the doors opening inwards.

Prices are for the rustic sheds with the raised platform and steps, but we are able to construct the rustic building without the raised platform if required.
