Train Display Cabinet

We were very proud to be approached by Bampton Heritage Centre to create a display cabinet for this diorama. The recently restored 1960’s model shows Bampton when it had a train station and will be on display in St Michaels Church as part of the Heritage display.

The cabinet was designed by the Heritage commitee, we built the structure from MDF which was then treated with undercoat before being painted in a matt black finish.

We shaped the back of the cabinet to incorporate a set of pipes along the wall of the church. Ventilation was added to the side to prevent condensation build up.
