Our Staff – Allen Burns

Allen Burns

Allen is our assistant workshop manager and undertakes all carpentry within the workshop but really enjoys working with hardwoods. He is able to do site visits in order to prepare estimates for customers as well deal with any other queries in the workshop.  In previous employment Allen was a gamekeeper for 6 years, which he really enjoyed and he has also trained as a mechanic and worked as a chauffeur. Allen likes the variety of the work at The Wooden Workshop and feels no day is ever the same. He enjoys the challenges and has always liked working with wood. In Allen’s spare time he enjoys being active, outdoor pursuits and socialising. He loves the countryside life and feels it is a fantastic place to live and raise a family.
