Summerhouse Shed Set.

This summerhouse shed set was custom designed for a customer, to complement their existing buildings.

The light and spacious summerhouse was built with a 50x50mm frame, with a waterproof membrane and 45mm Celotex insulation before being cladded with 25mm shiplap. The interior is also fully lined using a lovely, joinery grade, redwood tongue and groove.

The glazed double doors and toughened glass windows let in plenty of natural light, while the full insulation helps to regulate the temerature in all seasons. The roof is finished with insulated, standard box profile, trapezoidal composite panels in Asteroid grey. The exterior was finished with Sadolin Super deck in the same colour.

The large shed was created around a sturdy 75×45 mm frame, fully lined and insulated with 45mm Celotex panels. The exterior was cladded in 25mm shiplap and the interior was fully finished with 9mm far eastern hardwood plyboard.

The roof is also insulated using trapezoidal composite panels in a standard box profile and all windows are double glazed, providing a comfortable working environment whatever the weather. The external finish of the roof is high quality plastisol in Asteroid grey.

We painted the entire structure with Sadolin superdeck also in asteroid grey to match the roof finish.
