Featheredge garden room

This is a 4.8m x 3m garden room which has been cladded using featheredge boards, it was custom designed and built for a recent customer.

This lovely garden studio has wide double doors and a generous covered porch area, the opening windows give natural light and ventilation, creating an attractive and  versatile garden hideaway.

This project began with extensive site preparation. This is a very important part of any build, we created a strong and level concrete base to ensure a good foundation for the studio.

Created from pressure treated timber to protect against rot and decay and cladded with featheredge boards, around the strong 50mm x 50mm timber framework. The roof has been finished in Mineral green felt shingles, which creates a pretty tile effect.
