Stable doors repair and replacement

These lovely old stable doors were in need of restoration and replacement.

We created two new solid doors to replace the original stable style doors. Made from high quality Redwood, the doors were treated with creosote and fitted with new heavy duty hinges and furniture before being installed in place.

 

 

The other doors had any rotten or damaged wood replaced, we then sanded and planed each door to restore the proper fit, before they were also treated with a protective creosote finish and reinstalled.
