Description
We were commissioned to replace these old rotten gates with a like for like replacement for a customer in Tiverton. These sapele gates were constructed, we then applied an undercoat of aluminium primer along with top coats of Zinsser white gloss. We also installed x2 Iroko new posts which we scribed a decorative finish.
The old rotten gates shown above we used to base our design and template on. We replaced the ironworks with 19mm white bar and installed rising hinges and mortise lock on the sapele gates.
