We created this set of Redwood automated security gates for Hinwick House, Northamptonshire.
Security Gates 
Constructed From Idigbo Timber (Hardwood)
Hinwick house is a beautiful Edwardian estate which is now used for weddings, events and as a film and TV location.
The gates are built with security and privacy as a priority and also need to be in keeping with the surroundings.
We hand crafted two sets of redwood closed board gates, the larger
set at the main entrance have a total height of 2.2 metres, and a total
width of 5.4 metres. The height combined with the tongue and groove
panelling give maximum privacy and security.
The smaller set at the rear of the estate are also 2.2 metres in height and have a total width of 3.6 metres.
The gates were hung with very heavy duty adjustable hook and loop
hinges in a black iron finish, complemented by matching ring latches and
drop down bolts.
The gates were finished with Sikkens filter 7 and Sikkens HLS in Walnut to provide complete weather protection.
The gates were also fitted with a GSM activated automatic entry system.
As with all of our products, these gates can be customised to any
size, colour and are available in a range of hard and softwoods, choose
your furniture, level of security or even automatic opening systems.
